Hey @cassie.sneed - I 100% agree that feedback helps fuel progress. One way I thought of to improve RR program was to continue Surveys but to then allow the RR group to see the answers as it may prompt additional discussions and improvement ideas.

We can absolutely gather more content on that for you @chris.hurst! In the meantime, we had a Lunch N Learn in November where we covered the art of Accessing and Responding to Reviews (take a peek here)

We can definitely add more tips and tricks to increasing customer reviews, too! Great suggestion.
